The SCC choir exists to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and declare the love and greatness of God. Choir members serve as worship leaders to encourage the congregation in singing praises to God and in worshipping Him in spirit and truth.

The choir is a vital part of our worship service as they lead the congregation into the presence of God and help prepare hearts to hear the Truth of God’s Word. Our goal is for our church family to praise, repent and build a love relationship with Jesus during our worship.

The spiritual needs of the church can be reached through the music and ministry of the choir. When we come together in Jesus’ name, we are strengthened, uplifted, comforted and challenged to be the people of God and to cooperate with Him in expanding the Kingdom.
